Group CEO

Florent GUELLIL began his career in IT and financial recruitment, where he quickly specialized in placing independent consultants in complex technical environments.
After several years of experience on the Luxembourg market, he founded GS ADVISORY with the ambition to offer a more flexible, faster, and more targeted alternative to traditional consulting models.
He later launched HUNTALNT, a collective of independent recruiters structured around a hybrid model combining entrepreneurial autonomy and high-performance management tools.
As head of the group, he leads its development in Luxembourg, Belgium, and France, with a strong focus on delivery quality, relationship transparency, and operational agility.

Dorian Liégeois began his career in IT recruitment before moving into tech entrepreneurship, working with both startups and major corporations. As the founder of several ventures—including a SaaS recruitment solution—he has built a results-driven approach focused on impact, scalability, and fast execution. He joined GS Advisory to lead brand development and operations in France, bringing with him a performance-oriented culture that combines automation with tailored support for technical leadership teams.

Léonie BERNARDI began her career in in-house recruitment within specialized firms, where she built strong expertise in finance, M&A, and engineering profiles.
She joined HUNTALNT at the launch of the collective to structure its operations, tools, and support the upskilling of independent recruiters.
She implemented internal processes, oversees operational performance, and actively contributes to the brand’s visibility through a content strategy focused on organic growth.
She now plays a central role in structuring the collective and ensuring quality assurance across assignments entrusted to the HUNTALNT network.
