Hi, I’m Florent, founder of HUNTALNT!

A Message from the Founder

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to recruit over 200 professionals in IT, engineering, and finance.

As an entrepreneur, I’ve launched and led several projects, faced highs and lows, and learned to juggle all aspects of business.

With that dual experience, I created HUNTALNT: a different kind of recruitment firm. My goal is to build an environment where recruiters can:

• Work freely, on their own schedule and from anywhere,
 Grow without useless reporting (Goodbye KPIs that don’t serve you),
 Receive compensation that truly reflects their performance,
• Thrive in a collective that supports and uplifts each other,
• Benefit from tailored mentoring and coaching to reach their own goals.

He began his career working with various recruitment firms, gaining deep expertise in talent identification and engagement. Initially active in Germany, he later expanded his scope to Luxembourg, where he specialized in IT recruitment. At HUNTALNT, Simon focuses on infrastructure and cybersecurity recruitment for the Luxembourg market. His goal: help companies tackle strategic hiring challenges in the tech space.

His academic and professional background gives him a deep understanding of client and candidate needs. Also a professional volleyball player in Luxembourg’s top division, Michail brings pressure management and discipline to his recruitment practice.
